Annual maintenance to impact garages beginning March 21 (Updated 3/11)

Garage Power Washing
CampusParc will begin its annual power washing of parking decks, stairwells and common areas in campus garages on March 21, 2026.
When work will occur:

Overnight hours or weekends to reduce disruption

Cleaning begins at 7 p.m.

The project will continue through August as part of CampusParc’s ongoing maintenance program
-
Duration varies depending on garage size
What to expect:
-
Garages will remain open, but select floors will close on a rolling basis for cleaning

Once one floor is completed, the next floor will close until all levels are finished
Important reminder:

Vehicles left on closed floors may be relocated at the owner’s expense

CampusParc will attempt to contact the vehicle owner before relocation.

Annual Maintenance Program
CampusParc will begin its annual preventative maintenance program for campus parking garages starting Monday, May 11. This program includes improvements to the stairwell towers, floor membrane repairs and replacement, concrete and other miscellaneous repairs throughout the garages.
What to expect:

Work may take place during the day, overnight, and/or on weekends to reduce disruption

Project length varies depending on the size of the garage and the scope of maintenance
-
This work is part of CampusParc’s ongoing maintenance program and will continue throughout the summer

Surface Lot Maintenance
What’s happening:
Surface parking lot renovations take place annually, after the spring semester ends, as part of CampusParc's preventive maintenance program. Scheduling this work during the summer helps reduce the impact on customers, as fewer students, faculty, and staff are on campus.
What the work includes:

Asphalt repairs

Crack filling and sealing

Lot striping

Some lots will receive a combination of these improvements
Timeline:
Repairs are expected to begin in May and continue through July. A work schedule is being finalized and will be published as soon as possible.
