Reserved Parking Spaces

Reserved parking spaces provide university departments with proximate, convenient parking options. These spaces may be used by departments for designated employees, outside guests, visitors and service vehicles. ADA Reserved Spaces are available by request. 

  • Reserved parking spaces on campus are signed with an "R" parking sign; these spaces are reserved for specific use at all times
  • Vehicles parked in reserved spaces must be pre-approved and linked to an active parking permit
  • Unauthorized vehicles parked in these spaces are subject to citation or immobilization
  • Reserved spaces are not available in lieu of permits

At this time, university policy does not permit individuals to purchase reserved spaces. Spaces may be reserved only by university departments. Please note that Reserved Spaces are priced at two times the A-Permit rate. 

To request a departmental reserved space, please email osuinfo@campusparc.com. ADA-reserved spaces may be requested through the Office of Disability Services by emailing slds@osu.edu.

 Once the Reserved Space request is approved, you may pay for the space through Workday.
