Electric Charging Stations
Electric vehicles continue to grow in popularity across campus, and CampusParc is committed to supporting their safe and efficient use. To provide a reliable charging experience, we maintain designated Level 2 charging stations in several garages that are specifically designed to handle the electrical load required for EV charging.
While we appreciate the continued adoption of electric vehicles, charging from non-designated outlets creates significant safety risks, including electrical overload, fire hazards, damage to garage infrastructure, and trip hazards from cords.
To maintain a safe environment for all customers, we are implementing an updated enforcement policy for EV charging in CampusParc facilities. EV charging is permitted only at designated Level 2 charging stations within CampusParc garages. Charging from any other source—including wall outlets, maintenance outlets, or extension cords—is strictly prohibited.
Electric charging stations are offered in the following locations:
- Gateway Garage
- Lane Avenue Garage
- 9th Avenue East Garage
- Wexner Medical Center Garage
- Old Cannon Garage
