On Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, holiday parking rules will be in effect for Thanksgiving Break and Indigenous Peoples' Day/Columbus Day (observed), respectively.
During university-observed holidays, off-peak parking rules are in effect from 12:01 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. the following day.
In addition to the holiday break, the Columbus Turkey Trot will take place on Thursday, November 27. Please expect higher traffic volume and multiple roadway closures to accommodate the event.
Additional parking garages become available to garage permit holders. West Campus and Buckeye Lot parking permits are valid in any Central Campus unrestricted space (excluding disability and reserved spaces, load zones, etc.), and surface lot visitor permit holders are permitted to park overnight. In addition, motorcyclists are permitted to park in any unrestricted regular parking space.
Wexner Medical Center employee parking
WA, WAE, WB, and CXS permit holders will have access to 9th Avenue East and 9th Avenue West garages at no additional charge from 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26, until 8 a.m. Monday, December 1, by scanning a valid access keycard at the garage entrance and exit gates.
CampusParc Customer Care Center
The CampusParc Customer Care Center is closed on all university-observed holidays. Although the walk-up counter will be closed, the online self-service portal is available 24 hours a day. Use the online self-service portal to update account information, appeal or pay a citation, and purchase a permit.
Shuttle service
CABS is operated by Ohio State’s Transportation and Traffic Management Department. In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, CABS will run break service on Wednesday, November 26, and no service on Thursday, November 27, through Saturday, November 29.
