Maintenance to Impact the 12th Avenue Garage Beginning Monday, October 30

In an effort to maintain safe, reliable parking structures for our guests, the 6th floor of 12th Avenue Garage will close to accommodate repairs to the ceiling drainage system beginning Monday, October 30.
During the work, the spaces on the rooftop will remain closed to parkers at this time. If you frequently utilize this garage, the remaining garage floors will stay open during maintenance! If needed, alternative parking is available in Old Cannon Garage.
Work is tentatively scheduled to take place for one week. The garage is scheduled to completed and reopened on Saturday, November 4, which is weather dependent.
