This guide provides essential parking information for new medical center employees during their first week of employment. If you don’t already have a parking permit, please review this information:
CampusParc will email a parking validation URL and access code on the Friday before your start date. If you didn’t receive it, please:

Where should I park for orientation week?
While Day 1 Orientation may take place virtually, you may still need to park on campus. Please find the recommended parking locations depending on where you'll be.
Medical Center Main Campus** Park in unrestricted* surface lot spaces in the Carmack Lots (C1-C5) and take the Med Center Express shuttle to the Medical Center Main Campus.
Ackerman Complex or Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute Park in unrestricted* surface lot spaces at the Ackerman Complex or in the Buckeye Lot.
Other Locations Please see the campus parking map or use SureParc to park in any unrestricted* surface lot space near your destination.
*Unrestricted surface parking includes A, B, C and CX (red, orange, green and purple on CampusParc maps) ADA spaces require a valid state-issued disability placard. Hourly spaces require payment of hourly fees. Reserved spaces are not available.
**Medical Center Main Campus: Atwell, Biomedical Research tower(BRT), Brain & Spine, Dodd/Davis, Fry, Graves, Hamilton, Harding, James - CCC and Solove Research Institute, McCampbell, Meiling, Newton, Postle, Prior, Ross, Starling, University Hispital (Doan, Rhodes, and new Inpatient Tower)

Scenario 1: Attending Day 2 Business Unit OrientationNew employees attending Day 2 Orientation at The James - CCC or University Hospital/Ross:
Please refer to the "Welcome! Details for your Day 2 Orientation" email, sent the Friday before your start date, for parking instructions specific to Day 2 only.
Scenario 2: Start and end at the Medical Center Main Campus
Park in unrestricted8 surface lot spaces in the Carmack Lots (1-5) and take the Med Center Express Shuttle to Medical Center Main Campus.
Scenario 3: Start at the Medical Center Main Campus** and End at Ackerman Complex
Park in unrestricted spaces in the Ackerman Complex and take the Ackerman Shuttle to the Medical Center Main Campus. Then, take the shuttle back to Ackerman.
Scenario 4: Start and End at Ackerman Complex
Park in the unrestricted* spaces in the Ackerman Complex.
