Sunday, October 1

10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Registration and vendor setup at the hotel 

5:00 – 5:30 p.m.: Ohio Stadium group picture on the field 

5:30 – 5:45 p.m.: Board busses from the Blackwell to BrewDog 

6:30 – 8:00 p.m.: Tour and dinner with sustainability speaker at BrewDog Dogtap Columbus sponsored by TripShot 

8:30 – 11:00 p.m.: Hospitality room sponsored by SP+ at Varsity Club 

Monday, October 2

7:00 - 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast Buffet sponsored by PASSIO 

8:15 - 8:30 a.m.: Welcome from Jay Kasey and Kathy Ransier 

8:30 – 9:30 a.m.: Session 1: "Campus Parking under a Concession" 

  • Speakers include Sarah Blouch (CampusParc), Tom Holman and Susan Boiarski-Markle (Ohio State Transportation and Traffic Management). 

9:30 – 9:45 a.m.: Snack break sponsored by ComSonics 

9:45 – 10:45 a.m.: Session 2: "The three C's to getting your message out: Communication, Coordination and Collaboration" 

  • Presenters include Nikole Thomas (CampusParc) and Nicole Holman (Ohio State Administration and Planning). 

10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Vendor introductions and interaction time 

12:00 –  2:30 p.m.: Lunch + Session 3: "Electric Vehicles are coming. We have a lot to learn."

  • This session will be held in two parts; part one will be at the Blackwell during lunch, with the second part conducted at the Center for Automotive Research. Presenters include Jeffrey Elsey, Robert Ferrin (Kimley Horn) and David Cooke (Ohio State Center for Automotive Research). 

2:30 – 5:00 p.m.: Tour of Wexner Medical Center Patient Garage, CampusParc Operations Office and Transportation and Traffic Management garage and offices.  

5:30 - 6:00 p.m.: Board busses at the Blackwell for PINS Mechanical

6:00 - 8:00 p.m.: PINS Mechanical Downtown Columbus for dinner and bowling, sponsored by Propark Mobility 

8:30  – 11:00 p.m.: Hospitality room at CampusParc Administrative Office (936 N. High Street) sponsored by Walter P Moore

Tuesday, October 3

7:00 – 8:00 a.m.: Breakfast buffet

8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Session 4: "Ethical Leadership: Doing what’s right, not what’s easy"

  • Join Cindy Campbell for this presentation centered around concepts and characteristics behind ethical leadership, why it matters, and offer practical ideas to help ensure success.

9:00 – 9:45 a.m.: Visit with vendors

10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: CPTA Business Meeting

11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m: Session 5: "Name, Image, and Likeness – Supporting student-athletes while boosting your brand" 

  • Presentation by Michael Myser (Paul Werth and Associates) and Logan Hittle (Ohio State Name, Image and Likeness).

12:00 - 1:00 p.m.: Lunch at the Blackwell sponsored by Parker Technology

1:15 p.m.: Board busses to the Schottenstein Center

1:30 – 2:30 p.m.: Schottenstein Center visit followed by a tour of the team shop

2:45 - 3:00 p.m.: Board busses to the Blackwell

3:30 – 4:30 p.m.: Gift exchange and visit with vendors with a snack break sponsored by Modii

4:30 – 5:00 p.m.: Vendor teardown

5:30 – 6 p.m.: Board busses for Understory

Wednesday, October 4
