The Twenty One Pilots concert at Ohio Stadium will take place on Saturday, October 17. Ohio State’s campus will experience increased traffic, parking demand and multiple closures due to the event.
Event load-in and out:
- Parking spaces in the Ohio Stadium parking lots will be impacted beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the following dates:
- October 11-13: 231 spaces in the West Stadium Lot
- October 14-15: 261 spaces in the West, Northeast, and Southeast Stadium lots
- October 16: 359 spaces in the West, Northeast and Southeast Stadium lots
Vehicles parked in the affected areas will be relocated to Blankenship Hall at the owner’s expense.
Parking and traffic impacts on Saturday, October 17:
- Beginning at 12:01 a.m., vehicles must be removed from the following parking locations:
- West Stadium Lot
- Northeast Stadium Lot
- Mid Tower Lot
- Tuttle East Lot
- South French Fieldhouse Lot
- St. John Arena Lot
- Fawcett Lot
- Sisson Lot
- North Riverbank Lot
- South Riverbank Lot
- Scarlet Lots 1-2
- Ag Admin Lot
- Vivian Lot
- Gray Lots 1-3
- West Lane Avenue Garage
Vehicles remaining are subject to relocation to Blankenship Hall at the owner’s expense

- Plan for major travel delays, limited bus service, and increased parking demand
CABS Shuttle Impacts:
- CABS service: All routes, including CABS On-Demand and paratransit, will be suspended
- Road closures: Sections of Kenny Road, Tuttle Park Place, 19th Avenue, College Road, Annie and John Glenn Avenue, and Neil Avenue will close intermittently from 8:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
- Woody Hayes Drive: Closed beginning at 12 p.m.
- Access to the Carmack Lots on the west campus will be available via Kinnear Road and Lane Avenue

Alternative Parking:
- Wexner Medical Center 2nd and 3rd shift employees have access to medical center permit garages, i.e., 9th Avenue East, 9th Avenue West and Old Cannon garages
- As a friendly reminder, during global events (i.e., stadium concerts, football games), your annual permit (A, B, BE, BG, C, CG, CX, WA, WAE, WB, WC, WCO) grants access to the following day-of-event parking locations:
- Arps Garage
- Ohio Union North Garage
- Ohio Union South Garage
- Gateway Garage
- 11th Avenue Garage
- 9th Avenue East Garage
- South campus Letter (L, M, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U and W) parking lots
- Buckeye Lots
- Carmack Lots 1-5
