  • Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your permit details

A few helpful reminders:

  • Permit renewal timeline

    • Permits do not auto-renew

    • Current 2025-26 annual permits expire on July 31

    • A new permit is required to park on campus August 1 or later

  • Payroll deduction customers

    • Renew by July 31 to avoid any interruption in parking access starting August 1

      • If the deadline is missed, customers will have to pay for the first month out of pocket until payroll deduction is reinstated

  • Permit Waitlists

    • Permit waitlists open Monday, June 8

    • To join the permit waitlist for the 11G (11th Avenue Garage), BG2 (9th Avenue East Garage), BG3 (11th Avenue and Ohio Union North Garages), or BG6 (Old Cannon Garage), visit the permit page on the CampusParc website to get started

    • First round of awards for all waitlisted permits will be distributed on June 22

  • Keycard use & access

    • Keep your current keycard if you already hold an annual permit, as it will continue to work once your new permit is purchased

    • Physical keycards give you garage access (if included in your permit) and event parking

    • First-time annual permit holders will receive a keycard by mail within 7–10 business days

  • QR code access

    • Your keycard QR code is available 24/7 in your online parking profile and the Ohio State app

    • New QR codes should appear the next business day after purchase

  • License plate requirements

    • Parking is enforced using license plate readers

    • License plates must be correctly linked to your permit to avoid citations

    • Vehicles without front license plates are required to park head-in in surface lots campus-wide

    • Manage your vehicles in your parking account below your parking QR code
