Planned permit-system outage begins March 6

The CampusParc parking portal will undergo a large system upgrade and will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Thursday, March 6, through Monday, March 10. System access will resume on Tuesday, March 11. If you have an active annual permit, your access will remain intact. If you have a short-term permit that expires during this timeframe, your permit will remain valid through the outage, and you will be required to purchase a new permit after the system upgrade.

During this time, the following elements of the permit portal will be unavailable:  

  • View and manage your parking permits  
  • Purchase parking permits and track payment history  
  • Updates to personal and vehicle information  
  • Pay for or appeal any accrued citations  
  • Submit for permit waitlists  

With the completion of the upgrade, customers may notice a slight change made to the permit portal, including its appearance and navigation.
