To accommodate scheduled maintenance, the online self-service portal will be down and unavailable on Tuesday, Dec. 17, from 12:01 a.m. until approximately 8 a.m.
Customers will not be able to purchase permits, manage license plates, pay or appeal citations, or update their accounts via the portal during this time.
Customer Care will be available for assistance during normal hours.
