Over the past year, CampusParc has monitored occupancy data in the 9th Avenue West Garage and worked with the university to identify a new permit option to better serve staff. With the university’s support and approval, we are pleased to introduce the BG9 Permit, which provides access to the 9th Avenue West Garage, central campus surface lot access in B-designated spaces, and any lower-tier, unrestricted space.
A limited number of BG9 Permits are now available through a waitlist lottery for the 2026-27 Permit Year. If you are interested in signing up for the waitlist to purchase this permit, please log into your parking account, select “Manage Waitlists” from the My Account menu, choose the BG9 Permit and follow the prompts for submission.
Permit award letters will begin to be distributed via email on Friday, September 25.
Once the limited quantity of permits are awarded, a waitlist will continue to be used. If you are awarded and have an active permit and would like to exchange to this permit, please contact CampusParc Customer Care for assistance.
The BG Permit variations now include:
- BG1: Access at all times to Tuttle Park Place and Northwest Garages
- BG2: Access at all times to 9th Avenue East Garage
- BG3: Access at all times to 11th Avenue and Ohio Union North Garages
- BG4: Access at all times to Lane Avenue and West Lane Avenue Garages
- BG5: Access at all times to Arps and Ohio Union South Garages
- BG6: Access at all times to Old Cannon Garage
- BG7: Access at all times to Ohio Union North Garage
- BG9: Access at all times to 9th Avenue West Garage
