The Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital surface lot, located at the southeast corner of Medical Center Drive and Old Cannon Drive, will permanently close at 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24, to accommodate construction of a new faculty and staff garage.
Please plan ahead, as vehicles remaining in the lot after that time will be subject to relocation at the owner’s expense.
New Garage
The six-story, $33.3 million garage is currently slated to open May 2022 and will provide approximately 1,100 additional parking spaces for faculty and staff.
Alternative Parking
Permit holders in need of alternative parking may browse alternative parking locations either by utilizing SureParc on our homepage, or by logging in to their account and selecting their permit using our Permit Comparison Tool.
