Annual preventative maintenance to impact garages beginning April 8 (Updated 9/4)

CampusParc is scheduled to begin its annual preventative maintenance of the parking garages around campus starting on Monday, April 8.
Preventative maintenance of garages occurs during the day and overnight hours and/or on weekends to minimize disruption to customers. The size of the garage and the extent of the maintenance dictate the number of days needed to complete the project. This work is part of CampusParc’s ongoing maintenance program and will continue throughout the summer.
Each garage will be impacted by one or both of the following:
- Rolling closure (Partial): The garage will remain open, but select floors and areas will close for maintenance. This will continue until the maintenance of all affected areas is complete.
- Full closure: The garage will fully close.
After the closure, vehicles remaining in these areas are subject to relocation at the owner’s expense.
