CampusParc began its annual preventative maintenance of the parking garages around campus on March 10, and project work is scheduled to continue over the next couple of months. Work may temporarily impact access within certain garages.
Preventative maintenance of garages occurs during the day and overnight hours and/or on weekends to minimize disruption to customers. The size of the garage and the extent of the maintenance dictate the number of days needed to complete the project. This work is part of CampusParc’s ongoing maintenance program and will continue throughout the summer.
Each garage will be impacted by one or both of the following:
- Rolling closure (Partial): The garage will remain open, but select floors and areas will be closed for maintenance. This will continue until the maintenance of all affected areas is complete.
- Full closure: The garage will fully close. On the start date, garage entrances will close at 4 p.m. and all vehicles remaining parked in the garage must exit by 7 p.m. The garage will reopen at 5 a.m. on the end date.
After the closure, vehicles remaining in these areas are subject to relocation at the owner’s expense.
