As part of our annual maintenance plan, CampusParc conducts renovations of surface parking lots and garages during the summer to minimize impacts on students, faculty, and staff.
Beginning Monday, April 11, and through the remainder of summer term, several parking lots and garages will be impacted by renovation projects, including Neil Avenue Garage and Tuttle Garage.
Alternative parking will be available during the projects. In addition to the below garages, surface lot parking is also available according to each permit's normal access.
Neil Avenue Garage
The below alternative parking options will be in effect while 320 spaces are closed at a time from Monday, May 9, through Friday, Aug. 19. The garage will also fully close on the evening of Friday, July 1, and reopen the morning of Tuesday, July 5. Click here for more information.

*Dodd Garage, located at the intersection of Old Cannon Drive and Medical Center Drive across from Dodd Rehabilitation Hospital, is scheduled to open in July and will add approximately 1,100 permit-only parking spaces for faculty and staff.
Tuttle Garage
The below alternative parking options will be in effect while the garage is fully closed from Monday, May 9, through Sunday, July 31. The garage is scheduled to reopen Monday, Aug. 1. Click here for more information.

**Peak-hour access to Lane Avenue Garage will be added to the CG1 permit during the closure as Tuttle Garage is normally the only garage accessible with this permit during peak hours.
