Repairs to the concrete in 12th Avenue Garage will begin Monday, May 3.
During the project, rolling space closures will be in place. Some parking spaces on up to two floors will be closed at a time. The garage will remain open throughout the project.
Repairs are scheduled for completion by Aug. 1.
