We’re proud that the university selected us to operate one of the largest campus parking systems in the country. As stewards of the campus parking services, we work hard to facilitate an easy and efficient parking experience for you and every member of the university community. We're responsible for overseeing all parking assets, including maintenance and operation of the parking facilities.
An Innovative Partnership
The university opted to transition the management of its parking operations to CampusParc because it wanted a new way to fund its academic mission. Money from the 50-year partnership--the concession agreement--will provide $3.1 billion to academic initiatives such as hiring faculty, providing student scholarships and supporting the arts and humanities. The Concession Agreement
The parking concession is the partnership document that sets forth the guidelines of our 50-year agreement with Ohio State and regulates rules, policies and pricing structure that govern CampusParc's operation of the university parking facilities and assets. Read the concession agreement here.
