Due to the highly specialized nature of elevators and their components, out-of-service elevators may be unavailable for extended periods. If all elevators in a garage are out of service, please call us at 614-688-0000 so we may provide vertical transportation within the garage.

If you notice that an elevator is not operating properly, you have a question about whether a particular garage elevator is in service, or if an outage is not listed below, please contact Customer Care.
