If you’ve visited the CampusParc website in the past, you might notice that things are looking a little different around here. And if you’re new to our website, welcome!
We have worked to build out an entirely new website in an effort to enhance functionality and simplify the everyday user (that’s you!) experience. It’s no secret that parking on campus can be tricky. We recognize this, and we’ve kept this fact at the forefront of our minds throughout our entire website redesign process. It’s what helped us come up with and bring to life many of the exciting new tools that we’re thrilled to introduce to you today!
Permit Comparison Tool
Our new Permit Comparison Tool is intended to simplify the process of selecting a permit, and to ensure that whichever permit you choose to purchase closely aligns with your individual parking needs. Once you’re logged in, the tool will lay out every permit option available based on your eligibility. You can then select as many permits as you wish to view in a side-by-side comparison that displays overall space availability, permit price breakdown, garage access and more! Each permit will also outline its own unique perks, allowing you to make an informed decision on which would be most beneficial to you as an individual.
SureParc
SureParc is an interactive parking map that allows you to explore parking options and rules by time. What does this mean for you?! SureParc has introduced the capability to plan for parking in the future, as well as to explore what options you have in the moment. You can choose to search by permit type, specific address, or type of parking. The map is also pre-populated to include events happening across campus, so you’ll never be stuck last-minute searching for the right place to park for your favorite concert or a Buckeye football game again. You might even make it in time for kickoff!
The benefits of this tool extend to a variety of users, including permit holders, campus visitors, and patients of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center – so if you know anyone else who might be slightly unfamiliar with campus and would find this tool useful, share SureParc with them!
ParkMobile
ParkMobile isn't one of our new tools, but we'd like to reintroduce it here, to ensure you understand exactly what ParkMobile is and how it might be beneficial to you.
ParkMobile is a mobile app that allows you to pay for parking in the surface lots across campus right from your phone! Once you have downloaded the app, all you need to do is input your license plate and vehicle details and link a method of payment. The app will safely store this data so that you won't have to revisit this process when paying for hourly parking on campus ever again.
