Due to the highly specialized nature of elevators and their parts, as well as current supply chain issues, out-of-service elevators may be down for prolonged periods. If all elevators in a garage are out of service, please call us 24/7 at 614-688-0000 so we may provide vertical transportation within the garage.
If you notice that an elevator is not operating properly, you have a question about whether a particular garage elevator is in service, or an outage is not listed below, please contact Customer Care.
We understand the importance of functional elevators and the safety of our parking customers, including elevator safety. Safety is our top priority.
