The 2019-2020 permit year begins at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1.
At that time, all annual and select monthly permit holders will need to begin using their 2019-2020 access keycard. Previous years' credentials will no longer be valid.
As a reminder, annual permits do not auto-renew each year. To park on and after Aug. 1, paid hourly parking or a valid 2019-2020 permit will be required.
If you have not yet ordered a 2019-2020 permit, the quickest and easiest way to do so is via the online self-service portal. Customers who order online by July 25 should receive their access keycard by mail prior to Aug. 1. Customers who order after July 25 and need to park starting Aug. 1 should stop in our Customer Care Center to order and ensure they have their access keycard in time.
Validation of active permit status will continue to be accomplished via license plate readers. As such, display of an access keycard is not required to park legally on campus. However, it is recommended that customers have their keycard handy year-round.
