  1. Log in to your account by clicking on "Login" on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click “University Username.”
  3. Enter your university name.# credentials and click “Login.”
  4. Click “Purchase Permit” under “Quick Links” on the right side of the page.
  5. In the “Annual Permits” section under “Step 1 of 8: Select a Term,” click on the desired term, then click “Next,” which is to the right.
  6. Under “Step 2 of 8: Select a Parking Permit,” select the permit you would like to purchase. The permit you’ve selected will appear red.
  7. Under “Step 3 of 8: Select Waitlist,” select a waitlist if your desired permit is not readily available for purchase.
  8. Under “Step 4 of 8: Link a Vehicle,” ensure that your vehicle information is correct.
    • Vehicles that are linked to your permit will be highlighted red. To link an existing vehicle to your permit, hold the “Ctrl” button and click on the vehicle to add it to your permit. (This function requires a physical keyboard.)
    • If you need to add a vehicle, click the “Add New Vehicle” button, which will take you to a new page. After entering your vehicle information, click “Create,” which will return you to the previous screen.
    • If no changes are needed, click “Next/Save.”
  9. CampusParc currently does not utilize mobile parking alerts. However, if you would like to receive parking alerts via text in the future, enter your mobile number and select your provider under “Step 5 of 8: Coming Soon! Mobile Parking Alerts.”
  10. Under “Step 6: Payment Method,” select your method of payment.
    • Payment methods available are dependent on affiliation type and/or employment status.
  11. Under “Step 7 of 8: Shipping,” ensure that your address is correct.
    • Any existing addresses on your account can be viewed by clicking the down arrow in the top-right corner of the box with your default address listed.
    • Click “Add New Address” if your preferred address is not listed.
  12. Under “Step 8 of 8: Rules and Regulations,” check the box, accepting the university’s parking terms and conditions, and click “Next/Save.”
  13. Ensure that all details are correct.
    • Click “Submit” to complete your transaction if payment method is payroll deduct.
    • Click “Submit” to continue with your transaction if payment method is credit card.
    • Click “Back” to make changes.
  14. If payment method is credit card, enter your payment, billing, and shipping information, and click “Pay Now” to complete your order.

  2.  Log in to your account to navigate to the self-service portal. (Note: After clicking on “University Username,” faculty, staff, and students should enter their NAME.# user name and password and click on “login.”)
  3. Click on “Add New Vehicle” in the Registered Vehicles section, or click on “Add Vehicle” in the Quick Links section. (Note: Only two vehicles at a time may be linked to a permit. You will be prompted to remove a vehicle if attempting to add a vehicle when there are already two linked to the permit.)
  4. Enter the Vehicle License, Make, Style, and Color.
  5. Click on “Create.”
  6. The vehicle should automatically link to the permit associated with your account. To verify a successful link, click on the arrow to the left of the vehicle information to view the vehicle’s valid permit association.

  2. Log in to your account to navigate to the self-service portal.(Note: After clicking on “University Username,” faculty, staff, and students should enter their NAME.# user name and password and click on “login.”)
  3. In the “Registered Vehicles” section, click on “Edit” next to the vehicle whose description you wish to edit. (Note: To update a license plate, you will need to remove the vehicle and re-add the vehicle with the new license plate information.)
  4. Use the drop-down menus to update the State, Make, Style, or Color.
  5. Click on “Update.”

Pay-by-Plate machines are located throughout campus to allow visitors to purchase parking. Machines are clearly marked by directional signs.

  1. Park. Paid visitor parking is valid in any visitor or unreserved A, B, or C surface space. Verify your license plate number before paying.
  2. Pay. Press any key to begin, and follow the on-screen prompts. Minimum payment of one hour is required.
  3. Receipt. Receipt is printed for your records. No need to return to your vehicle!

Verify License Plate Information! 
Paid parking is verified solely through vehicle license plates. Incorrect information may result in a citation.
