Return & Refund Policies

Annual Permits

Annual permits may be returned at any time by stopping by the CampusParc Customer Service Center. See below for specific purchase-type policies.

Refunds for the current month’s parking are not available; payment remains the responsibility of the permit holder. Upon permit return, a multi-day surface lot visitor permit is provided for use for the remainder of the month. Permits should be returned by the close of business on the last working day of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

Access hangtags/keycards must be returned to CampusParc at the time of return of a permit; a nominal fee will be deducted from the refund amount for lost hangtags/keycards.

Purchased in Full: Customers returning an annual permit purchased in full will receive a prorated refund, less the current monthly proration.

Payroll Deduction: Following the return of a Payroll Deduction Enrollment Form with the cancellation fields completed, deductions for future months will be discontinued. 

Student Payment Plan: Customers returning an annual permit purchased in full will receive a prorated refund, less the current monthly proration and any unpaid portion of the payment plan.

Refunds are provided via credit card or by check to US mailing addresses. Please allow approximately four weeks to receive a refund check by mail.

Visitor Permits

Unused day, multi-day, and 30-day visitor permits may be returned for a refund within 60 days of the original purchase date. Partial refunds are not available for partially used visitor permits.
 

Single Exit Validations

Single exit validations may be returned for a refund or one-time exchange within 60 days of the original purchase date. Validations exchanged on or after August 1 (the beginning of a new permit year) are subject to the increased price differential, which is due at the time of exchange.
