12th Avenue Garage to close for renovations beginning Thursday, Aug. 6

Update (7/30/20): Due to the weather forecast for the remainder of the week, this closure has been postponed. The closure will tentatively be rescheduled for Thursday, Aug. 6 (entrances close at 3:30 p.m. and all vehicles must exit the garage by 11:59 p.m.) through 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 10, weather permitting.
In addition, alternate ADA accessible visitor parking will now remain available on the first floor of 12th Avenue Garage through Friday, Aug. 7. The garage will be fully closed to all vehicles beginning Saturday, Aug. 8.

In an effort to maintain safe, reliable parking structures for our guests, 12th Avenue Garage will close several days for renovations beginning Thursday, July 16.
Entrances will close at 3:30 p.m., and all vehicles remaining parked in the garage must exit by 11:59 p.m. Vehicles remaining parked after 11:59 p.m. will be subject to relocation at the owner’s expense.
Alternate peak-hour ADA accessible permit parking is available in all garages except SAFEAUTO Garage, and alternate off-peak permit parking is available in the North Cannon, 9th Avenue East, 9th Avenue West, and 11th Avenue garages.
Alternate patient and visitor parking is available in the North Cannon, South Cannon, and SAFEAUTO garages.
The garage is tentatively scheduled to reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, July 20, weather permitting.
