Gateway Garage QR Code-Based Access Begins 8/1

Jul 26, 2017

CampusParc recently completed the installation of new parking equipment in Gateway Garage. It is the first phase of installation of new equipment in all university garages to improve reliability and provide enhanced technology to serve CampusParc customers.

Beginning Tuesday, August 1, Gateway Garage permit access will be QR code-based. To enter the garage, customers will need to scan the QR code located on the back of their 2017-2018 access hangtag (annual permit holders) or keycard (Gateway-only permit holders). Customers will receive their new hangtag or keycard upon the purchase or renewal of a parking permit for the new permit year.

As CampusParc continues to install equipment in all garages through the rest of the year, customers who have a current (2016-2017) proximity-based garage access keycard will need to keep their keycard for entry into other garages that do not yet have the new equipment.

The timeline for installation of new garage equipment can be found below. Please note that the schedule is subject to change and will be updated as work progresses.

Customers who have questions regarding the transition or who have not received their 2017-2018 access hangtag or keycard may contact CampusParc Customer Service at osuinfo@campusparc.com.
