During the month of March, a number of large events will be held on campus—specifically at the Schottenstein Center and St. John Arena— increasing vehicular and pedestrian traffic (e.g., the OHSAA basketball and wrestling tournaments typically attract a large number of visitors). At times, parking lots in the vicinity of an event will require payment upon entry, while others will remain reserved for CampusParc permit holders.
Public Event Parking Surface lots in the vicinity of an event may require payment upon entry. Annual permit holders may park in these lots at no cost with the presentation of a valid event hangtag. Permit holders who are unable to produce a valid event hangtag will be required to pay the non-refundable event parking fee upon entry. Customers are encouraged to have their event hangtag readily available year round.
Please Note: Event hangtags do not provide entry into parking garages.
Lots Reserved for CampusParc Annual Permit Holders
During large events, CampusParc will reserve lots specifically for annual permit holders. Permit holders may enter these lots with the presentation of a valid event hangtag; however, those who are unable to present a valid hangtag will not be permitted to enter the lot and will need to locate alternative parking. Customers are encouraged to have their event hangtag readily available year round.
